Development methodologyThe methodology adopted by Ellicom was developed by a team member (Françoise Crevier - ÉduGénie). Originally a doctoral project (1996), this methodology was recently updated (2003) and has been successfully used to develop numerous e-learning projects. Its use by many people in the e-learning field proves that this methodology is sound and effective. The E=MC² method![]() This methodology rests on engineering principles that focus on sound process, strict project management and respect for time and budget constraints. All of these stages are an integral part of a process where expected results are clearly identified and achieved on schedule. Project management is also a key success factor for Ellicom. That's why we use the recognized PMI® (Project Management Institute) methodology. |
