Methodology

Ellicom’s approach to teaching was developed by a member of our team (Françoise Crevier, Ph.D.) in her doctoral thesis (1996), which was recently revised and updated. It subsequently contributed to the resounding success of a wide range of e-learning projects. Many e-learning specialists employ her methods, a solid endorsement which is proof of their rigor and effectiveness.

This methodology rests on engineering principles that focus on sound process, strict project management and respect for time and budget constraints. All of these steps are an integral part of a rigorous process in which the deliverables are clearly identified and produced on schedule.

Project management is a key factor in our success, which is why we base our work on the recognized PMI® (Project Management Institute) principles.
