Customized solution

A twenty-minute e-learning training session, available in French and English, enabled employees to review DFS' process for listening to clients. This highly interactive training solution uses a common thread to deliver the content. Learners see a 3D city populated by clients who interact with them in different buildings. The scenarios present learners with the opportunity to determine the nature of each client's expectations. The diversity of these expectations is illustrated through realistic conversations inspired by real-life cases.

This interactive solution is entirely traceable, providing details of learners' results and the time they spent on the training session.

Results

This training solution was so successful that there were twice as many participants as DFS' initial, optimistic objective. The results were extremely promising for the future of the project.
