E-learning was an original and innovative solution to reduce the time Bombardier Transportation spent on informing new employees about the company and fostering a sense of belonging.
This two-hour training project sends learners back through time to discover the major milestones of a small Quebec-based company that grew to a renowned multinational that is respected around the world. Drawing on different situations that require learners' participation, the e-learning module provides a virtual visit of the organization. Participants learn about the primary operations of the manufacturing sector as well as the company's procedures and work methods.
